This is a parboiled CIC White rice variety consisting of long slender white grain that is appetizing, aromatic and which is having extremely lower glycemic index value.
Glycemic index is dropped down considerably due to unique high tech parboiling processing methods applied to this variety. Other than that nutrient content available at the rice bran of this variety diffused into the grain during the parboiling process, thus the nutritional composition is still rich and higher than other polished non parboiled white rice varieties.
