How to Cook CIC Red Fragrant Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup CIC Red Fragrant Rice
- 2½ to 3 cups water
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp oil or butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse rice thoroughly under cold water 2–3 times.
- Soak for 30 minutes (recommended for softer texture).
- Bring water to a boil. Add rice, salt, and oil or butter.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes, until tender.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
